<p> Alcohol Waiver Form Doheny State Beach</p><p>I, as the undersigned group leader, hereby apply for a waiver to the alcohol prohibition at Doheny State Beach. Beer and Wine only. No alcohol involved games or activities.</p><p>Waivers are granted, if requested in writing, to groups who have reserved group picnic sites A, B and #1 through #4. The fee for this waiver is $425 for site A and $325 for site B and $175.00 for sites #1 through #4.</p><p>The following limitations are in effect after a waiver has been granted.</p><p>1. The sale of alcohol is not permitted.</p><p>2. Only those over the age of twenty-one (21) may consume alcohol.</p><p>3. The possession and/or consumption of alcohol is not allowed outside of your reserved picnic area. The boundary is determined by the paved area encompassing sites A and B and by the concrete slab at sites #1 through #4.</p><p>4. If the above provisions (#1, #2, #3) need to be enforced by a Ranger, the picnic group is liable for the cost of the Ranger’s overtime rate of time and one-half under authority of Title 14 CCR 4301 (j).</p><p>My signature verifies that I have read and agree to all of the waiver conditions listed above.
