<p>Breede Valley Municipality Civic Centre, Baring Street, Private Bag X3046, Worcester, 6849, South Africa</p><p>REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND ROLL ON LAWN IN ROODEWAL</p><p>Purpose: </p><p>To obtain quotes from a recognised landscaping contractor with previous similar experience for the supply, delivery and installation of an irrigation system and roll on lawn in Roodewal on part of the vacant area south of Taambay Street between Valley Omar and Moosa Streets. </p><p>Scope of work:</p><p>To prepare 1084 m² of the currently vacant area south of Taambay Street between Valley Omar and Moosa Streets (as per the attached drawing) for the planting of roll on lawn, to supply deliver and install an irrigation system to sufficiently irrigate the lawn to be planted and to supply, deliver and install the roll on lawn after installation of irrigation and preparation of soil including the application of fertiliser. </p><p>Procedure:</p><p>The exact area to be prepared and planted will be agreed upon together with a municipal representative and demarcated by the landscaping contractor to the satisfaction of the municipal representative. The municipal representative will also indicate where the nearest water connection point is which can be used to connect the irrigation system to. The contractor will then proceed to install the irrigation, prepare the soil and plant the roll on lawn. </p><p>Price:</p><p> The quote must include the supply, delivery and installation of the irrigation system and the roll on lawn but the price for the irrigation system and roll on lawn must be specified separately and if a sub-contractor is to be used for either this must be specified and the contractor will take full responsibility for said sub-contractor.  All questions for clarification to be directed to Chris Smal 023 348 2745 or [email protected]  The closing dates for submission of quotes is______. </p>
