Read it carefully. You are making an important commitment to the life of a companion animal.</p><p>This Adoption Contract is subject to the following terms and conditions:</p><p>1. I/we represent that I/we have never been subject to legal action for cruelty to or neglect of animals. I/we represent that I/we have never owned an animal which has been confiscated by any animal control or humane organization for violations of animal control regulations or animal adoption agreements.</p><p>2. I/we agree that this animal will be kept as a house pet. This means that the animal will be kept indoors except for periods of exercise.</p><p>3. I/we hereby agree to have this animal spayed/neutered by ______. I/we agree to provide proper veterinary care for the animal. 4. I/we grant Beagle Paws the right to contact and or visit me/us for the purpose of assessing the health and general welfare of the animal and to verify that the animal has been spayed/neutered in accordance with the terms of this agreement.</p><p>Note: Proof of spay or neuter in form of a vet letter or certificate must be mailed to the below address.</p><p>5. I/we acknowledge that I/we have received a copy of this Animal Adoption Contract. I/we understand that any adoption fees paid are non-refundable.</p><p>6. I/we acknowledge that any failure to comply with any term or terms of this agreement may result in repossession of the animal by Beagle Paws.</p><p>7. I/we hereby agree to notify Beagle Paws should we at any time become no longer able to care for this animal. Beagle Paws will find a compatible new home for the beagle.</p><p>DISCLAIMER: Beagle Paws expressly disclaims any responsibility for an animal or animals adopted from it. Beagle Paws does not warrant the health, fitness, or temperament of the animal and it makes no representations as to its health, fitness, or temperament. It is important to realize that Beagle Paws does not know the history of the animal and that it strongly recommends that you as a person adopting the animal have the animal examined by a veterinarian and given the appropriate vaccinations or other treatments. Should a veterinarian determine that the animal is in poor health or that it is in need of treatment of any sort, Beagle Paws disclaims any responsibility to you for the health or the costs of the animal, or the costs of any such treatment.
