Position ball in the palm of the non-dominant hand with arm fully extended toward net. Loft toss the ball straight up, just above the highest point the servers reach. Step forward shifting weight to the non-dominant foot while rotating the arm around, leading with the elbow. Contact the ball with an open firm hand at the highest point just in front of the body.
