<p> VIRGINIA WATERSKI FEDERATION 2014 JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT WATERSKI CLINICS</p><p>JUMP ADDENDUM TO MINOR WAIVER</p><p>I, the undersigned parent, hereby consent to the participation by my minor child named below in the jump sessions of the 2014 Junior Development Waterski Clinics of the Virginia Waterski Federation (defined as the “Events” in the USA Water Ski Minor Waiver for such clinics). I understand and agree that the “Risks” covered by the USA Water Ski Minor Waiver include the risks and dangers inherent in skiing over a man-made jump, that my assumption of the Risks includes the risks and dangers of jumping, and that the “Released Parties” and the “Event Organizers” referred to in the USA Waterski Minor Waiver include the owners of the jumps, the ski clubs that maintain the jumps, and the coaches, boat drivers, organizers and other individuals involved in the jump sessions of the 2014 Junior Development Waterski Clinics. I further understand and agree that if I so desire, I or my minor child may pre-inspect the jump or other equipment in any way related to a jump session, prior to my minor child’s use of the same, and that by allowing my minor child to participate in a jump session, I am assuming all of the Risks involved in waterski jumping. My Waiver and Release of Liability (as defined in the USA Water Ski Minor Waiver) includes claims regarding the design or condition of the jump or any equipment utilized by my minor child in such jump session without regard to whether such jump or equipment is specified or recommended by any of the Event Organizers.
