Hunter must comply with all Game and Fish Laws and regulations and all the other laws (whether statutory or common law), codes, rules, and regulations of the United States, the State of Ohio and all other governmental authorities.</p><p>2. Hunter agrees to pay the sum of $75.00 a day to Sunfish Valley Outfitters for a self- guided turkey hunt or $200.00 a day for a guided turkey hunt -- as outlined on the Sunfish Valley Outfitter’s website. Payment must be received in full before the first day of hunt. Hunter agrees to send a down payment of at least half the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by April 1st, 2008. These fees are nonrefundable but can be used toward a future hunt in the event of cancellation.</p><p>3. SVO shall have no responsibility or liability to Hunter or any other person, firm, or corporation for any claim, loss, or injury to person or property, in any manner caused by, based upon, or arising in any way from the exercise by Hunter of its rights and privileges hereunder or anything done or omitted or in any manner arising, hereunder; Hunter hereby agrees and binds itself to indemnify, defend, and hold SVO harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, and expenses) arising out of or resulting from the exercise by Hunter, of its rights and privileges hereunder, or anything done or omitted or on any manner arising hereunder.</p><p>4. Hunter shall not use verbally abusive language, swear, threaten, or otherwise use menacing behavior, shall not threaten to use or use physical force, and shall never brandish any weapon or firearm, or threaten to use any such weapon or firearm against any other person 5. Excessive use of alcohol, hunting while intoxicated and drunken or disorderly conduct is prohibited. Excessive firing of weapons or firearms for non-hunting purposes, and unregulated firing at targets or other objects is prohibited.</p><p>6. SVO’s address for purposes of this Contract shall be Sunfish Valley Outfitters, 4769 State Route 124, Latham, Ohio.
