<p>Wyoming Game and Fish Department rev. 10/10/2014 Strategic Habitat Plan Crucial Habitat Area Narrative</p><p>Region: Jackson Habitat Priority Area East Tetons Name: Habitat Area Type (s): Aquatic Terrestrial Combined Stream, riparian, wetland, aspen, willow, cottonwood Habitat Values: Native fish spawning, rearing, and migration habitats Reason Selected: Glade, Owl, Berry, Moose and North Moran Creeks sustain wild Snake River cutthroat trout populations and native non-game fish without brook trout. These streams are sources of natural recruitment of native trout to Jackson Lake. These crucial areas have productive, functioning riparian habitats and vegetative communities. Area Boundary Glade Creek corridor within the Sheffield Creek 6th order HUC Description: 170401010301, North Moran Creek corridor within the Moran Bay HUC 170401010307, and both Owl Ck and Moose Ck 6th order HUCs 170401010304 and 170401010305. The corridors begin at the upland that drains into Glade and North Moran Creek and continue to the confluence with Jackson Lake.
