<p> COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY CITY OF LONDON ORDINANCE NO. 2014-02</p><p>AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF NAMI PLAZA STREET TO FORTRESS PROPERTIES STREET</p><p>Whereas, there exists a street that is located on the Highway 192 bypass that is currently named Nami Plaza Street. Property owners have requested the City of London rename this street to be called Fortress Properties Street.</p><p>BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:</p><p>1. That the following street be and is hereby renamed Fortress Properties Street. This street was previously known as Nami Plaza Street.</p><p>2. This street begins at the Highway 192 bypass and runs in an easterly direction to connect with Fortress Properties Street, South of Hal Rogers Parkway.</p><p>IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:</p><p>1. That this street be and is hereby named Fortress Properties Street.</p><p>2. That the City Street Department shall erect signs in keeping with this Ordinance.</p><p>3. That this street named is given the name of Fortress Properties Street and it is intended that the City will provide maintenance to this street.</p><p>4. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon publication.
