Call to Order and Roll Call  5:30 – meeting called to order by Jerry Huntley  Roll call taken by Robbin Culbertson</p><p>2). Executive Session  Dumpsters -  Collections - 2). Approval of past meeting minutes  1/24/17- notes were taken to updates  Don Ellis made motion to approve minutes  Tom Feeney second the motion  Jeff Roberts abstain – all remaining board members approved</p><p>3). Financial Report  Variance  Budget-Presentation/Approval  Open discussion regarding the water bill approximately $20,000  Why? Drippy faucets, running toilets, dripping tub faucets  Open discussion regarding towing and charges to move vehicles  Discussed we will have the audit presented at the Annual meeting</p><p>4). Property Management Report  Leasing – Leasing is going well this year- we are on track to be completely full by mid- summer.  Cameras – discussed getting cameras to face the guard shack – current bike rack  Security – discussed how they are doing and viewing the reports  Tailgate – discussed that we will be collect bids for 2018 tailgate</p><p>5). New Business  Dumpster relocation – current status  Newsletter format – need to work on posting newsletter and past minutes on the website  Owners Annual Meeting – discussed if Robbin had everything organized for the meeting  Open discussing regarding parking fees and raising cost of permits – we need to collect more data  Renewals – old resident charge $200.00  New residents – charge $300.00  Bikes - $25.00  Guest parking rules need discussed and cost  Non resident parking fees – still need more discussing</p><p>6). Old Business  Should all building applicants/residents be screened?  Non-Smoking Amendment.</p>
