Address Common cancers of Oral, Breast and Cervical cancers c. Understanding causation and Risk factors for COMMON CANCERS d. Importance of screening and early detection 3. CANCER EDUCATIONAL APPROACHES: Methods and Strategies for Health Education </p><p>4. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT IN COMMUNITY, CANCER EDUCATION PROGRAMS (1) needs, (2) objectives, (3) learning activities, (4) settings, (5) evaluation. Skill development in program planning and program implementation 5. LIMITATIONS AND BARRIRES IN CANCER EDUCATION: Gender, Culture, Customs, Practices, Religious and Familial Groups </p><p>6. COUNSELING AS AN APPROACH FOR CANCER EDUCATION: Principles of counseling 7. PLAN, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT CANCER EDUCATION PROGRAMS 8. TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODS: a. Lecture presentation/discussion. b. Seminar/presentation. c. Paired/ Group discussion d. Focus Group Discussion e. Individual and group exercises f. Guided micro teaching sessions g. Role play h. HEALTH COMMUNICATION FOR SPECIAL POPULATIONS -Visually impaired, Deaf & Mute, Street Children, Juvenile Delinquents, Prisoners, LGBT, CSWs etc. </p><p>11. IMPLEMENTATION, ADMINISTRATION AND EVALUATION OF CANCER EDUCATION PROGRAMS </p><p>12.
