Before providing the detail, it is important to note the following:</p><p>The Pharmacy Flu Shot policy is effective beginning October 1, 2010. The Physician Office Flu Shot policy is in effect year round.</p><p>Pharmacy Flu Shot As of October 1, members may obtain a flu shot at no charge from Albertson’s or Safeway pharmacies. Albertson’s pharmacies also include Sav-On and SuperValu, and Safeway pharmacies also include Vons.</p><p>In order to receive a flu shot at no charge at one of these participating pharmacies, the member will need to present their Health Net ID card at the time of service, which will need to be during the hours and at locations administering the flu shots. </p><p>Phone Number to Vendor find a location Website to find a location Albertson / 1-800-783-0458 www.albertsonssavonpharmacies.com Sav-On / SuperValu Safeway / 1-800-723-3929 www.safeway.com/flu Vons</p><p>Physician Office Flu Shot Members may also receive a flu shot from their physician.
