<p> RESOLUTION 2012-513</p><p>RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BARNEGAT, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AUTHORIZING A REFUND OF PREMIUM PAID AT TAX SALE</p><p>WHEREAS, a premium was paid on Block 114.36 Lot 17 Certificate #12-00127, property known as 167 Schooner Ave, at the Tax Sale held on May 11, 2012 in the amount of $100.00 and</p><p>WHEREAS, the property has since been redeemed, and the premium must be refunded to the lien holder which is the purpose of this Resolution.</p><p>LIEN HOLDER: STONEFIELD INVESTMENT FUND II, LLC 21 ROBERT PITT DR #202 MONSEY, NY 10952</p><p>THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township committee that the premium be refunded to the party listed above, the Treasurer be directed to draft a check accordingly, and the Collector to adjust her records.</p><p>CERTIFICATION</p><p>I, Sharon L.
