Far Cyc</p><p>Housing shall be constructed of sheet steel with grey and black enamel finish.</p><p>Optical Train shall consist of a recessed single contact double ended base tungsten halogen lamp, specular random patterned reflector, and an easily accessible socket assembly for lamp replacement.</p><p>Socket assembly steatite insulated, UL listed, rated for 600 volts, 3000 watts, 200oC continuous operation. Rated lamp seal temperatures shall not be exceeded.</p><p>For mounting, unit shall be provided with a heavy steel yoke, a painted malleable iron, C- clamp adjustable for up to 2" ID pipe.</p><p>Unit shall be provided with 36" 3-wire braided glass leads with connector as specified by catalog number. All luminaires shall be as manufactured by Strand Lighting - Quartzcolor. Each compartment shall accommodate 1000W or 1500W double-ended tungsten-halogen lamps.</p><p>One color frame included for each compartment. The unit shall produce a smooth uniform field with less than +5% deviation from top to bottom on a 24' (7.3m) cyclorama using units on 8'(2.4m) centers. Horizontal deviation shall not exceed +3%.</p><p>The sockets shall be mounted within a multi-curve, anodized, high-purity aluminum reflector designed for maximum efficiency and smoothness of field.</p><p>The housings shall be of sheet steel with a specially designed serrated diffuser edge at the base of each compartment. Both the reflector and the housing shall be vented to allow the use of high-temperature plastic color media. A 3mm wire mesh safety screen shall be provided with all luminaires of this type.</p><p>The entire assembly shall be equipped with a heavy-duty yoke with malleable iron clamp to grip up to 2"(51mm) pipe and molded locking handles, 39"(1m) three wire cables (one per circuit) and color frame holders.</p><p>Exterior finish shall be baked enamel and the entire assembly shall be UL. listed.</p><p>Provide the Following: </p><p>Qty.
