This will depend upon the layout of the building, Is the area prone to flooding? Has the Agency the number of floors etc. The flooded before? Agency may have to be evacuated. If this is the case, then clearly the potential for flooding of the Agency at some time in the future is significant and the threat is very real. Are proper insurance arrangements in place, covering the Agency’s losses?</p><p>Flood defences – Is it practicable to consider defending the Agency from flooding?
