It should form the basis of your contingency planning and emergency action.</p><p>Business Continuity Plan - Risk Assessment – Flood</p><p>Job Title of Responsible Person (and other team members if appropriate) - </p><p>Area of concern Review of the risk and identification of possible Comments risk-reducing measures </p><p>The Agency is flooded Identify the Job Title of the Responsible Person (who will co-ordinate all actions) and the team (if The Agency may not be able appropriate) who will complete the Plan for this to function, either in part or topic at all. This will depend upon the layout of the building, Is the area prone to flooding? Has the Agency the number of floors etc. The flooded before? Agency may have to be evacuated. If this is the case, then clearly the potential for flooding of the Agency at some time in the future is significant and the threat is very real. Are proper insurance arrangements in place, covering the Agency’s losses?</p><p>Flood defences – Is it practicable to consider defending the Agency from flooding?
