We are thrilled to share with you one of the BEST TIMES OF YOUR LIFE!!!! Here are the details you have been waiting for! The total trip cost is $300. IMPORTANT-YL Properties Health, Consent and Release Form</p><p>Everyone must have the YL6007 Properties Health, Consent, and Release Form completed and turned in before departure. **NOTE: A Physicians signature is no required for this trip.</p><p>GREAT NEWS! Please mail this form back to us by July 15th.</p><p>3. Departure and Arrival Times: DEPARTURE: We will leave from the Westwood High School parking lot on Sunday, July 27th at 1:30pm. Please be there by 1:00pm for check in. Make sure you eat lunch before you arrive. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks for the road. Students will be able to call parents from the road to let them know the exact time of arrival.</p><p>4. Packing List:  Jeans, Swimsuit, Sunscreen/Lip balm  Beach towel, Bug Spray, Sunglasses  Shorts, Toiletries, T-shirts, Tennis Shoes, Pajamas  Rain Poncho, Nice outfit: (khakis/skirts), Flashlight  Casual clothes for evening, Socks, Camera with name  Cap/hat, Bathroom Towel, Flip-flops  Sleeping bag, pillow</p><p>**SPECIAL EVENT ITEMS:***  -Tacky Prom outfit  -Nice outfit for evening event </p><p>As far as money for the trip, you will need money for dinner out one night, plus spending money for the camp store, and students will have a chance to buy a souvenir in town if they want. We suggest between $30-$50 for extras, but students can bring whatever you want. </p><p>6. You may bring your cell phones ipods, computers, etc. on the road, but we will take them up prior to camp. They will be held in a safe, locked place until we leave to come home.</p><p>Young Life prohibits the use of illegal drugs and alcohol, anyone choosing to bring such items will be sent home at his/her own expense.
