<p>UNION LAX BOARD MEETING – March 10, 2016</p><p>IN ATTENDANCE: Michael Lindhorst Marcia Tomseth Tiffany Mendez Rob Brusseau Alli Moses Kevin Summers </p><p>ABSENT: Megan Bluhm</p><p>MEETING CALLED TO ORDER BY President Michael Lindhorst at 7:00 PM.</p><p>Allie Moses gave her treasurer report. Allie will file the taxes for 2015</p><p>We agreed to offer a payment contract to JV coach Fitch in line with other coaching staff </p><p>Mike had graphics created for the team trailer – our sponsors will be recognized </p><p>We have purchased a second back stop in order to save on lost lacrosse balls</p><p>Marcia Tomseth gave a report on our fund raising efforts</p><p>- We had a good concession stand at the Union Wrestling Tournament</p><p>- Car wash will be on March 26th – tickets are going out to players on Friday at team dinner</p><p>- Players are expected to sell 10 each</p><p>- Coaches will encourage boys to do it</p><p>- Look to have plant sale this June – tentative date June 18</p><p>- May do another car was in late summer/early fall</p><p>Rob Brusseau will use the $50 gift certificate from Wilco Farm Store to purchase hoses and other supplies for the car wash – they will be stored for future use in the team trailer</p><p>Rob Brusseau will look into options/cost for new uniforms for next year</p><p>Pre-season conditioning was a success. We had enough players that the cost of the program paid for itself. We will plan to do it again next year. </p><p>Marcia Tomseth will look to ask a couple specific people to volunteer to plan/organize Senior night and the end of the season party which has a tentative date of June 3rd set Alli Moses will make hotel reservations for coaches and order Coach Otte a windbreaker and sweatshirt from the team store. New team hats were given to all Coaches. </p><p>Meeting adjourned 8:30PM</p>
