Sheep Section</p><p>1) All sheep will be subject to veterinary inspection on arrival.</p><p>The committee reserves the right to request removal of any sheep </p><p> deemed not up to the highest health standard expected at such an event.</p><p>2) All sheep must be clearly identified with an approved EID ear tag as required by DARD </p><p> and appropriate documentation must accompany all animals. </p><p>PERMITS SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND READY FOR COLLECTION ON ARRIVAL</p><p>3) Each entry must be the property of the exhibitor.</p><p>4) Owing to the layout of the site and the nature of the event exhibitors and vendors</p><p> are respectfully requested to ensure that all livestock are in place by 9am.</p><p>5) SALE PEDIGREE SECTION: Pedigree certification for sale animals, where available, must accompany entry </p><p> forms and only animals certified eligible by the relevant breed society will be catalogued. </p><p>Animals sold in this section must be registered with the appropriate flock book society by the breeder, </p><p> if required by purchaser, who shall bear any and all charges levied by the society on such transactions.</p><p>6) ONLY CROSSBRED FEMALES WILL BE SOLD</p><p>CROSSBRED SHEEP OFFERRED FOR SALE MUST BE OWNED BY A RBST MEMBER</p><p>7) Sheep will be judged in their appropriate rings – the judge will not visit any pens, and exhibitors </p><p> are solely responsible for representing their sheep in the judging ring in their proper class.</p><p>8) Sheep FOR SALE should have a clearly legible plastic (not card or paper) </p><p> lot number neck tag attached with string(not an elastic band) to be worn</p><p> on each sheep to gain access to sales penning .
