<p> RRHS Concessions Booth Checklist</p><p>Setup/Opening Tasks Take out hamburger/hotdog buns from freezer Setup long table along outside wall for meat and buns Setup three ice cooler bins with Coke, Sprite and Powerade (Varsity games only) Put up line ropes in front of concession area (Varsity) Setup small food prep table (with foil and gloves) Put cardboard underneath grills for grease Fire up grill (two grills for Varsity games) Turn on hamburger/hotdog warmer Make popcorn Put out all chips (two stations for Varsity games) Put out all candy (two stations for Varsity games) Put out pickle jars Put out condiments and napkins (on outside counters) Put out price lists on counters Clean counter with hot cloth Setup volunteer food (cans of sprite, water and chips) on long table outside Setup tent for soda/water sales (Varsity games only) RRHS Concessions Booth Checklist</p><p>Closing Tasks Turn off/clean hotdog roller machine Turn off/clean hamburger/hotdog warmer Turn off/clean popcorn machine Turn off/clean pizza heater Clean grill(s) Clean all kitchen and grill utensils Clean microwave oven Clean out ketchup/mustard/relish pumps Clean small food prep table Clean both counters Refill all drink coolers Put all food away on shelves Store chocolate bars in refrigerator Stock all coolers with soda and Powerade Drain ice cooler bins (Varsity games only) Change garbage bags and takeout garbage Sweep and wet mop floor Disconnect propane tanks from grills Fold up tent and bring inside Store grills inside concession room Turn off all lights</p>
