<p> Specification Credit Form DuctSox Specification Incentive Program Rules & Form </p><p>Objective: To provide monetary incentive to Salesman/Representative Company to develop DuctSox specifications on projects quoted and sold outside the specifying Representatives territory.</p><p>Payout plan: DuctSox Payout Rep Net $ % of Rep Net $ ______Less than $3,499.00 No payout</p><p>$3,500.00 - $24,999.00 3% of Rep Net</p><p>$25,000.00 - $49,999.00 2% of Rep Net + $250.00</p><p>$50,000.00 + 1% of Rep Net + $750.00</p><p>Specification Incentive Policy : 1). Specification Incentive is provided with DuctSox funds and are not derived from profit of selling Representative. Payment is made to specifying Representative Company upon receipt of payment from buyer. Representative Net Cost is based on equipment only and does not include freight, expedite charges or tax. </p><p>2). To earn Specification Incentive, specifier must document and communicate in a timely manner (prior to bid date) any relevant project information, including what which DuctSox system was specified to the quoting Representative. A copy must be distributed to appropriate DuctSox Regional Sales Managers and Dubuque Inside Sales Manager (Phil Sloan). Failure to complete DuctSox specification credit form can result in no payment.</p><p>3). Specification Incentive is earned on a per job basis, there are no annuity accounts.</p><p>4). In the event that effective work is performed in multiple territories, payout may be split based on DuctSox best judgment. </p><p>5). Payout can vary if additional factory discounting was required to close order.</p><p>6) Specification credit does not apply if the project is sold through the same DuctSox Representative company. Ex, through an another branch of the same Rep house.</p><p>7). Disputes should be negotiated with DuctSox Regional Managers, the final authority will be National Sales Manager.
