Units seeking approval of new charges need to provide the information requested in the table below to Leslie Brunelli in the Budget Office by e-mail ([email protected]) by March 6, 2006. The Budget Office will then prepare a consolidated divisional fee change report for each Vice President by March 13, 2006.
