<p> Palisades Peaches Pre-Order Instructions July 11, 2009</p><p> Target delivery dates are after masses Saturday/Sunday August 8/9, 2009  Please pay in advance by check payable to the Knights of Columbus  Checks will not be cashed until the peaches are available the weekend of August 8/9 since the weather may play a part in when we are able to deliver the peaches. We have had the date changed on us in the past.  There are no refunds if the peaches are available on August 8/9. The shelf life is 2 – 3 days. Please make arrangements for someone to pick them up.  There are very few “extra boxes” ordered due to the short shelf life.  Peaches not picked up after the 11 AM mass on Sunday, August 10 will be sold on a first come first serve basis. We will take a “waiting list” Saturday/Sunday August 8/9 if individuals are willing to come back to church to pick up a box after the 11 AM mass that is not picked up by the individual who ordered it.</p><p>1. Use an order form to take down the individual’s name, phone number, number of boxes ordered and the payment method (check number, cash or not paid). </p><p>2. Pre-orders must be paid for by Sunday, August 2 or the cost will be increased to reflect the “day of delivery” price rather than the pre-order price.</p><p>3. Please place the envelope with payment into the Knights cabinet between masses. Feel free to leave out the advertisement and an order form in the event someone wants to sing up during masses when no one is at the table. We will have to follow up with them for payment.</p><p>4. After the 11 AM mass please place all materials (Envelope, order forms, poster, money…) in the Knights cabinet. Dan Timmerman will pick it up and record the order information each week so we are able to see how we are tracking toward 300 boxes and be prepared for delivery logistics on August 8/9.</p><p>5.
