If you have any problems with this contact our Registrations Secretary, Cathie Purnell, 07773 257061, 01425 483254, [email protected]</p><p>* Every team is asked to provide two Qualified or League Approved umpires, one of whom will umpire on your playing night, the other only being used if the main umpire is unavailable. </p><p>* On the first night of the winter league we will need to see a copy of the England Netball ‘Club Participants’ printout showing all players signed on and paid for.</p><p>Entry Forms and fees should be returned to Cathie Purnell, 96 Northfield Road, Ringwood, BH24 1SU</p><p>The closing date is 22 January 2016.
