<p>Perks Card Terms and Conditions  The discounts/ value added opportunities are exclusive for current Killam tenants.  The tenant’s Killam Perks card must be presented at the time of purchase.  The tenant may be requested to present supporting identification.  Only the customer whose name is written on the card may use the card.  Card sharing is not permitted. In the event of card sharing, the card may be confiscated.  The participating business has the right to confiscate a card in the event someone other than the person whose name appears on the card uses the card.  The Killam Perks card is non transferrable.  The Killam Perks card carries no cash value.  When tenant’s lease expires, the Perks card is to be returned along with keys otherwise a penalty fee of $15 will be enforced.  Participating locations only.  Offers may vary.
