<p> Press release</p><p>Blieskastel, 24th February 2016</p><p>Hager Group acquires leading French provider for connected air quality and environmental monitoring solutions.</p><p>Hager Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the French company Azimut Monitoring, a leading company in the field of air quality and noise monitoring for smart buildings and smart cities. The shareholders of Azimut Monitoring and representatives of Hager Group signed the contractual agreement in Francin (Savoie) on 29th January 2016. </p><p>Daniel Hager, CEO of Hager Group, stated that “air quality, noise nuisances and other environmental factors heavily influence our quality of living, at home and at work.
