<p> General Federation of Women's Clubs of Massachusetts Elfriede Parker, President</p><p>Photography Contest for Clubwoman 2017 Janice Hynes, Chairman 49 Danjou Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752 [email protected] 508.481.4404 </p><p>“GFWC VOLUNTEERS IN ACTION”  Photographers must be dues paying members of an active GFWC club and must be an amateur photographer not earn more than $500 annually from photography.  Photos must be taken during the contest year from January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2016.  Submit entries which capture GFWC members in action as they engage in volunteer activities.  Each submission must be an 8 x 10 inch print. Photos may be vertical/portrait or horizontal/landscape.  Photos must measure 8 x 10 and be mounted on a rigid 8 x 10 mount board with overall thickness of not more than 3/8”.  On back of entry place Contest Form (below) and draw an arrow indicating top of the photo.  Caption information* should provide location, date and other notes about the photo.  1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will be honored at Awards Day, April 6, 2017.  First place winners in each category will be sent on to GFWC Headquarters for the National competition. Photos that are sent on will not be returned.  The same image may be submitted to multiple photo contests, but separate photos must be entered into each contest. DEADLINE: Sponsoring Clubs must deliver all entries to the March Club Institute.
