<p> ♪ ♪ ♪ ♫ ♫ ♫ ♫ ♪ ♪ ♪</p><p>The Pat Neff Middle School Summer Band program will be held at Pat Neff Middle School on Monday through Friday, August 8 – 12, 2016. Summer Band is an enrichment program offered by Northside I.S.D. and is free to students enrolled in the district. Beginner band students will receive small group instruction on their instrument. This will ensure that they possess the necessary fundamental skills to begin the school year. Beginner band students who have not been screened for an instrument may attend the corresponding session for the instrument. Beginner students will need their instrument and music supplies by this time. Beginner students using school owned instruments will be issued an instrument at this time. Experienced students will begin preparation for All-Region Band auditions as well as practice fun tunes. We will meet in the Band Hall at the following times:</p><p>9-9:50 am: Beginner Band: Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Baritone Saxophone & Horn 10-10:50 am: Beginner Band: Clarinet & Trumpet 11-11:50 am: Beginner Oboe, Bassoon, Trombone, & Euphonium 1-1:50 pm: Beginner Band: Percussion & Tuba 2-3:00 pm: Advanced Band Members (7th & 8th Gr)</p><p>On Friday, August 12, we will have a celebration at the end of each session. We are asking for food and drink donations. Please let us know if you can help. We can’t wait to see you there!
