We are a faith based ministry providing charitable healthcare to low income, uninsured residents in NE Tennessee and SW Virginia for a small fee of $25 for medical visits and $30 for dental visits. </p><p>We are open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Closed noon – 1:00 p.m.</p><p>You must complete an application which can be obtained in person at Healing Hands or on our website and speak to a screener during set times listed on the application to see if you are eligible.</p><p>Medical & Chiropractic Eligibility Requirements * Patients must reside in: Northeast Tennessee or Southwest Virginia</p><p>* Patient and/or someone in their household must be employed or have worked in the last 12 months, unless they are retired or a student. </p><p>* Patient must have no Private Medical, TennCare/Medicaid or Medicare Insurance or VA Benefits.</p><p>Dental Eligibility Requirements * Patient must reside in: Northeast Tennessee or Southwest Virginia * Patient and/or someone in their household must be employed, unless they are retired, a student, a Veteran or disabled.</p><p>* Patient must have no Dental Insurance or VA Benefits.</p><p>Vision Eligibility Requirements</p><p>*Patient must reside in: Bristol TN/VA, Blountville, Bluff City and Piney Flats</p><p>[Type text] * Patient and/or someone in their household must be employed or have worked in the last 12 months, unless they are retired or a student.</p><p>* Patient must have no Vision Insurance or VA Benefits.</p><p>[Type text]</p>
