Value-Based benefits reduce costs for certain types of care and help you get and stay healthier. Highlights include: No cost for prescription medications used to quit smoking No copayment for two doctor visits for diabetes management Reduced copayments through the Express Scripts mail service pharmacy for certain medications used in the treatment of: o Asthma o Diabetes o Coronary artery disease or risk of cardiovascular disease o Depression (when associated with any of the above conditions)
