<p> Azle Football Booster Club July 30, 2012 Meeting Minutes</p><p>Mark Castillo motioned to call the meeting to order. John Crow seconded the motion and the motion carried. Richard Cole called the meeting to order at 6:30pm Members Present: Richard Cole, Mark Castillo, Paige Koiner, Teresa Posten, Jonlyn Castillo, Katherine Townsend, Kevin Albers, Eric Gum, Michelle Crow, John Crow, Becky Cole, Nicole Murray, Gayla Dunn, Ronnie Boiles, Deana Lance, Michelle King, Carmon Hodges, Diana McDowell, Nova Albers, Dick Glaze Minutes: Paige Koiner presented a copy of June 8, 2012 meeting minutes. John Crow motioned to accept the minutes. Deana Lance seconded the motion and the motion carried. Financial Report: Gayla Dunn reported that as of July 30, 2012 the Football Booster Club has a bank balance of $14,941.00 and reviewed the financial report. Paige Koiner motioned to accept the financial report. Mark Castillo seconded the motion and the motion carried. Meeting Business: Gayla placed an ad in the Azle News for the upcoming football camp. Board members will need to be set up and ready for registration Monday, August 6 at 7:30am and again at 5:30pm.</p><p>Spirit Squares will be open to paint Monday, August 6. Dickie will supervise paint times from 5- 9pm Monday-Friday and will also be selling drinks, snacks, and squares.</p><p>The board scheduled a work day in the concession stand for August 18 at 8am. Richard reported that the sink will be installed by the first game per Scott Anderson. Paige Koiner will be scheduling for ice box and ice to be delivered for earliest date available.</p><p>The board discussed parent volunteers vs. club commission. It was decided that we would need parent volunteers for the Coca-Cola mobile concession that will be placed under home side stands and clubs to run the main concession. The commission pay structure will be determined at the next scheduled meeting, August 6. Student Council, Cross Country, and Wrestling will be attending August 13 to go over commission details and scheduling.</p><p>Bassham Foods will be attending August 13 with samples and prices. Richard Cole wants for them to break down pricing to help the board determine best pricing for the concession stand.</p><p>Teresa Posten requested suggestions on five game sponsors.</p><p>Gayla reported deadline for Program Ads, August 10. Picture Day is scheduled for August 18.</p><p>Parent Coaches Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 2 at 6:30pm. Paige Koiner will be working on letter from AFBC asking for parent volunteer help with the concession stand. Next public meeting: August 6, 2012 @ 6:30pm in the field house.</p><p>Meeting adjourned at 7:50pm by Richard Cole.</p>
