FRANCIS XAVIER UNIVERSITY</p><p>DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN KINETICS</p><p>Human Kinetics Tenure-Track Position </p><p>Position: Tenure-Track Position at the Assistant Professor level in the area of Human Kinetics with expertise in Adapted Physical Activity</p><p>Salary and Rank: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.</p><p>Qualifications: Ph.D. with a specialization/expertise in APE/APA is preferred. </p><p>Appointment Date: August 1, 2007</p><p>Duties: The primary responsibility of the successful candidate in this position will be teaching at the undergraduate level in the area of Adapted Physical Activity and Adapted Physical Education. Opportunities exist to supervise community-based activity programs for people with disabilities.
