<p>ATTENTION BAND PARENTS, It is almost time for our annual Georgia contest of champions and we need your help. This year the event will be held on October 11, 2014. Every year we set up a hospitality room so that the visiting band directors and bus drivers may eat and relax throughout the day. In order for this room to be successful we need the help of all marching band parents. I have divided up our needs based on the individual classes to make it easier.</p><p>8th grade: Drinks and rolls/bread: 12 pack cans of soda, bottles of water, gallons of tea, etc.</p><p>9th grade: crock pot items such as: Soup, chili, stew, etc.</p><p>10th grade: Vegetables, fruit, and salad: Trays of fruit and vegetables, bowls of salad, etc.</p><p>11th grade: Subs, sandwiches, and wraps:</p><p>12th grade: Side items such as: Mac-n-cheese, potato salad, baked potatoes, chips, etc.</p><p>Color guard: Desserts and condiments such as: Salad dressings, pickles, cheese, sour cream, etc.</p><p>Supplies can be dropped off at the hospitality room beginning at 12:00 p.m. on October 11, 2014. Any items that need to be returned such as bowls, crook pots, etc. must have your name and phone number on them. You can also pick them up after the competition October 11, 2014.</p><p>Please keep in mind we will need enough food to feed about 100 people throughout the day. In addition to these supplies we need decorations. We would like to have center pieces for the tables, streamers for the walls, etc.</p><p>If there is anything you would like to bring that I haven’t listed please let me know.
