General conditions: - Two Parties agree to observe all the terms and conditions herein. Any disputes thay may arise shall be resolved on the principle of equality and mutual benefit.</p><p>- If no settlement is mutually agreed, these dispute shall be submitted to HO CHI MINH CITY Economic Court for resolution by Viet Nam law.</p><p>- This contract shall be effective since the date of signing the contract. Any changes to this Contract shall be agreed on by the two Parties in writing with sealed.</p><p>- This Contract is made in four copies of equal validity by English. Each party keeps 2 ones. </p>
