Panelists are usually widely recognized experts in their field or senior members of government agencies, organizations, corporations, and academia. No papers are required from Panelists but short Power Point presentations may be used to bring emphasis to issues raised. Each Panel Session should have two identified Co- Chairs to serve as moderators for the panel discussion and manage time for discussion and debate. </p><p>The Panel Organizer may serve as one of the Session Co-Chair Moderators and is responsible for recruiting Panelists or obtaining commitments from organizations to provide experts to participate on the panel. A typical Panel Session will have two Co-Chairs and up to five Panelists. The time allocated to each Panel Sessions may be different because the presentation type and length are determined by the respective Panel Organizer and Co-Chairs.</p><p>The abstract shall be prepared in A4-size paper format (210 × 297 millimeters or 8.27 × 11.69 inches) with 25mm (1-inch) margins on all sides. The font size shall be 12-point Times New Roman (or equivalent) with single spacing. Keywords shall be added to the bottom of the abstract. The body of the abstract should be flush left.
