The respondent represented by Shri Manoj Kumar Divedi, Advocate whereas the petitioner represented by Shri Sudeep Kumar Mishra.</p><p>The respondent submitted that the order of CGRF has been complied in toto. The petitioner submitted that the connection was sanctioned as PTW for irrigation purposes. Therefore the amended bill is not correct.
