<p>Chariton Route Delivery Schedule</p><p>The Food Bank of Iowa is pleased to offer direct delivery to you monthly. Please print this schedule and keep it for your reference. </p><p>You will receive an email two days prior to your delivery with an approximate delivery time. Please understand that these routes have multiple stops and at any point they could get off schedule. Please anticipate a half hour before and a half hour after the time given as the delivery window.</p><p>It will be your responsibility to provide staff and/or volunteers to transfer the food from the street into your building.</p><p>Orders are due no later than 12:00pm (noon) on the day of your order due date (one week before delivery date). If you are having a problem submitting your order please call us as soon as possible so we can ensure your order makes it on the delivery. </p><p>Order Due Date Delivery Date February 8 February 15 March 8 March 15 April 12 April 19 May 10 May 17 June 14 June 21 July 12 July 19 </p><p>1. All partner agency orders must be submitted through the Primarius Online Ordering System no later than 12:00pm (noon) on the due date listed on the delivery schedule. Please select the date of the delivery as your order date, with any time during that day as your delivery time.</p><p>2. Please ensure when placing your order that you select ‘Direct Delivery’ as the pickup method, and ‘Delivery Dock’ as the location.</p><p>3. If you are having issues placing your order, or are unsure if it submitted correctly, please let us know before the due date so we can address this. </p><p>4. If you miss the order due date, we can’t make exceptions or place you on another route. You are welcome to schedule an order to pick up at the Des Moines warehouse or resubmit your order for the next delivery date. </p><p>5. Please anticipate a half hour before and a half hour after the time given as the delivery window.</p><p>6. Partner agencies MUST be available at these times and be prepared to receive delivery. Our truck drivers will drop the delivery outside your location. It is your responsibility to provide resources to transfer the product into your facility.</p><p>7. If a partner agency does not show up for the scheduled delivery and has not called before the delivery is complete, the order will be returned to Des Moines. If your agency does not call to make arrangements by the end of business on the day of the delivery, your order will be returned to inventory and the agency will be assessed a restocking fee of $25 on their next billing statement. </p><p>8. When possible, we recommend that agencies check the contents of their order. Any discrepancies in your order must be brought to the Food Bank’s attention the same day of the delivery. 9. Please plan ahead, if you are a School Pantry or BackPack agency, be mindful of breaks, delivery dates and your needs. </p><p>If you have any questions, please contact the Food Bank of Iowa at 515-564-0330</p>
