<p> Iowa Educational Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired</p><p>WEEKLY SCHEDULE ON OUTLOOK REQUIREMENTS</p><p>1. YOUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE SHOULD REFLECT:  What services are planned to be provided for the upcoming week.  What services were actually provided for the past week?</p><p>2. ENTER INFORMATION ON THE WEEKLY CALENDAR AS FOLLOWS:  Use student initials with building/district in Subject Line (G.W. Iowa Braille, Vinton).  Indicate travel time.  Consultants will use key words in their Microsoft Outlook calendar so that Regional Directors are able to search for data. Use the following key words: Consult, Evaluate, Train, Meet, Confer, Observe, Plan, Travel, Research.</p><p>3. MAKE-UP POLICY  Refer to Section 13 (13.1b) in the Handbook on the IESBVI Website.</p><p>4. EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR SERVICES (ESYS) Each staff is to hold out two days for Extended School Year (one for June and one for July). If in the spring, it appears that you will not need this time; complete a Calendar Change Form to use the time while students are in school.
