<p>INSURANCE</p><p>Example 1 The Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education is self insured in accordance with the limitations of NRS 41.0305 to NRS 41.039. Example 2 The Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education is self-insured in accordance with the limitations of NRS 41.0305 to NRS 41.039. DRI shall maintain self insurance with limits of liability as set forth in NRS 41.0305 to 41.039, and Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by Nevada State Law, during the term as defined in this agreement document, and show evidence of such coverage on a Certificate of Insurance. DRI shall deliver to XXXXX a copy of the Declaration of Self- Insurance issued by the State of Nevada prior to commencing work under this Agreement. Example 3 During the term of this agreement, Seller shall procure at its expense, or maintain through a program of self-insurance, and ensure that any of its subcontractors used in connection with this Agreement procure and maintain, the insurance policies required below with financially responsible insurance companies, and with policy limits not less than those indicated below. </p><p>What is covered under DRI Insurance?
