<p>Westgate Village Application Qualification Guidelines</p><p>Each person who wishes to reside in an apartment at WestGate Village and is 18 or older must submit a completed and signed application. Each person must also provide the following information, and agree that the requirements listed below have been met:</p><p>Income Verification: NO Co-signers are accepted under any circumstances. Please provide the following for each applicant: . Total gross income must equal 3 times the rental rate. . One month’s most current pay stubs from each applicant to show monthly gross income. . Other forms of income verification will be accepted only if management deems it necessary.</p><p>Credit History Screening will be completed for each applicant: . All collections will result in an automatic denial of this application. Medical bills are exempt. . Any evictions will result in an automatic denial of this application. . Unsettled bankruptcies will result in an automatic denial of this application.</p><p>Current and previous rental history: . Two Years of rental history must be provided beginning with where you are currently residing.</p><p>Application Fees are listed below: . $25.00 for one applicant . $40.00 for two applicants . $50.00 for three applicants . $55.00 for four applicants</p><p>All payments must be made in the form of a CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.</p><p>Upon approval a holding deposit must be brought in no later than 24 hours after a staff member contacts you.</p><p>The undersigned prospective resident acknowledges having read and understood the terms of these qualifications. No apartment will be held until each applicant returns all required and necessary paperwork fully completed. This does not ensure that you will be guaranteed any apartments or your application will be approved.
