So while we want you to be creative, you need to be careful. Your Link Teacher will need to sign the entry form to confirm this.

Consent Forms  You must make sure that you have consent from any people appearing in your video advert. Anyone aged under 18 who appears in your advert will need to have a completed “Parental Consent Form” signed by their parent or guardian. An example consent form can be found overleaf. Your Link Teacher will need to sign the entry form to confirm that this has been done and Parental Consent Forms must be submitted with your entry,

 We would therefore recommend that a maximum of 5 pupils are filmed in the video.

 No video clips can be considered for the competition, unless the appropriate consent forms have been completed, signed and submitted with your entry.
