<p> SMITHSTONE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. STORAGE AREA RENTAL AGREEMENT</p><p>Please read this agreement carefully. Before you can be assigned a space in the Storage Area, a signed copy of this agreement must be on file with the Smithstone Homeowners Association, Inc., and your account must be in good standing. </p><p>Mailing address: SmithStone Community Manager, c/o Hawthorne Management Company, PO Box 11906, Charlotte, NC 28220. Telephone (704) 377-0114 ext. 112 and Fax (704) 347-4475.</p><p> Usage of the storage area is restricted to authorized Smithstone residents only.  No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the storage area without adult supervision.  The storage area is for the storage of boats, watercraft trailers, trailers, campers and motor homes. Other items will need to be cleared by the Storage Area Committee.  A fee of $30.00 per quarter, per space due upon the 1st of each quarter is required.  Spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The Storage Area Committee maintains the Boat Storage Waiting List.  All association fees and storage rental fees are due on the 1st of each quarter. If your account is not paid in full within 30 days, you will lose your space in the boat storage area.  Storage spaces DO NOT transfer to a new homeowner when you sell your house. These are offered to the next person on the waiting list.  If your item is parked illegally, is located outside your assigned space, or your account is not paid in full by the 30th day of each quarter, any and all items will be removed at owners expense.  Sailboats must have their masts lowered before entering the storage area.
