<p> Unofficial transcript FAQ’s</p><p>If you have access to your LOUIE account:</p><p>Log-in to LOUIE, click on “Self-Service”, then click on “Student Center”. In your student center under your academics there is a drop-down menu labeled “Other Academic”; click on the down arrow here and choose the option “view unofficial transcript”. Click here to log-in to LOUIE.</p><p>If you no longer have access to LOUIE, but you still live in Arizona:</p><p>You can visit one of our Distance Learning Sites throughout the state. All you need to do is go in person with a photo ID and an unofficial can be printed for you free of charge. Click here to find a site near you.</p><p>If you no longer have LOUIE access and live out of state: </p><p>You will have to order an official transcript be mailed to you. Please see the options for ordering an official transcript on the Registrar page. You can do it on-line through the National Student Clearing House or print the “Student Transcript Request Form” and fax or mail that form to our office.
