A RESOLUTION Adjourning the House of Representatives in Honor and Loving Memory of William

SESS. 15 RS BR 1265</p><p>A RESOLUTION adjourning the House of Representatives in honor and loving memory of William Rees Clarke, Jr. WHEREAS, William Rees Clarke, Jr., was born in Maysville on August 29, 1952, the son of Jean Meloy Clarke and the late William Rees Clarke, Sr.; and WHEREAS, William Rees Clarke, Jr., was a proud graduate of Morehead State University; and WHEREAS, William Rees Clarke, Jr., was the President and CEO of Security Bank and Trust Company in Maysville; and WHEREAS, a former constable of Mason County, William Rees Clarke, Jr., served his community as the Director of the Maysville-Mason County Chamber of Commerce and the Maysville-Mason County Industrial Authority; and WHEREAS, William Rees Clarke, Jr., was a supporter of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the Moose Lodge, the DeKalb Lodge, the Eagles Lodge, and the Ripley Boat Club; and WHEREAS, William Rees Clarke, Jr., departed this earthly life on January 24, 2015, leaving his family, friends, and his entire community of Maysville in solemn mourning; and WHEREAS, William Rees Clarke, Jr., was preceded in death by his father; his uncle, Charles Allen Clarke; and his aunt, Lenora Chason. He is survived by his mother; his wife, Victoria "Vicki" Clevenger Clarke; his daughter, Cameron Nurick and her husband, Brian; his son, William Rees Clarke III; his grandchildren, Parker Clarke Nurick and Chase William Nurick; his brother, Don Meloy Clarke; and his aunt, Maude Guess; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:</p><p>Section 1.
