<p>Online W2’s The University of Nebraska faculty and staff can now enroll for online W-2 delivery for the 2017 tax statement. </p><p>Please note this will only impact future delivery of W-2’s. If you chose to receive a printed copy of your 2014 W-2 statement, you will NOT be able to view your W-2 statements online.</p><p>Federal regulations require employees give their consent to receive the W-2 in a secure electronic format. Once the consent is given it carries forward each year and does not need to be repeated. </p><p>Log into Firefly at http://firefly.nebraska.edu to request an electronic version of your W-2.</p><p>1. In Firefly, click on Employee Self Service. </p><p>2. Under the Payment category, click on Enroll for W-2 Online Delivery.</p><p>3. Click on the button to select the option “Receive my W-2 statement online in Firefly.” The</p><p> enrollment screen will have the button default to your current selection; if neither is selected then you have never enrolled. (NOTE: If you choose the option Receive my W-2 statement on paper you will NOT have access to the form online at any time.)</p><p>4. Once you have made your choice, click the box next to I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions stated herein and approve my W-2 statement designation.</p><p>5. Click on .</p><p>6. Once saved, you will see a pop-up screen with “Your Selection has been saved. You will receive</p><p> confirmation by email.” Click on .</p><p>7. You can navigate to another application within Firefly or simply log out. You will receive a confirmation email stating you have elected to receive the online delivery of your W-2. You can change your option as many times as desired up until the December 31, 2014 enrollment deadline.</p><p>*Employees who have enrolled in electronic delivery and have since left the University system will automatically receive a printed copy of their W-2 in the mail.
