<p>UNOFFICIAL COPY AS OF 04/09/18 13 REG. SESS. 13 RS BR 523</p><p>A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Thomas G. Polites as an administrative law judge in the Department of Workers' Claims. WHEREAS, in accordance with KRS 342.230, and by Executive Order 2012-415, dated June 15, 2012, the Governor has appointed Thomas G. Polites for a term expiring July 14, 2016; and WHEREAS, the Senate finds that Thomas G. Polites meets the requirements of KRS 342.230; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:</p><p>Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Thomas G. Polites as an administrative law judge for a term expiring July 14, 2016.</p><p>Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and a written notification of its adoption to Thomas G.
