Call PPM for Lockbox Code.</p><p>Pool Parties are constituted as a group of 10 or more with a maximum of 20. No pool party may exceed past 8:30 pm and may not have exclusive use of the facility. No crepe paper or material that may stain when wet will be allowed as party decorations. Homeowner is responsible for cleaning the tables and deck area prior to leaving the facility. Restrooms should be checked. Chairs should be straightened and umbrellas should be closed if used.  Grills may not be brought into the pool deck area. If a grill is being used outside the facility, an adult must attend the grill at all times.  The exterior door may NOT be held open for any event! See pool rules.  No Glass of any kind may be brought into the deck area. This means NO GLASS dishes and/or bottles of any kind. Transport food and beverages in plastic containers.  No parties may be scheduled on a holiday weekend unless it is a community-wide event sponsored by the HOA. Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day will be for resident use only. Weekday parties are preferred, as weekends tend to have high usage.</p><p>I, the undersigned a Village at Rolesville Homeowner, am requesting to reserve the Swim Club for the date and times indicated above. My signature certifies that I have read and understand the pool rules and regulations.</p><p>If my reservation request is accepted I agree to abide by these policies, procedures and fees. It is understood and agreed that I am accepting responsibility for any damage to the pool facilities (including furnishings and equipment) during the reservation period, and will be fully responsible for all costs incurred by the Association for cleaning or to repair damages as a result of the event.
