Describe your major S/R/C goal(s) for the past six months</p><p> a. Dr. Terence Sullivan, Assistant Director of the Student Success Center at Valdosta State University was elected as our new CRLA Southeast Director. b. Dr. Terence Sullivan resigned. c. Dr. Ethel Berksteiner has agreed to stay on as Southeast Region Director.</p><p>2. Activities implemented to accomplish this/these goals (attach documents if appropriate):</p><p> a. The funds were transferred to the account at Valdosta State University, the school where the newly elected Southeast Region Director, Dr. Terence Sullivan is employed. </p><p>3. Summary of any S/R/C Funding requests including outcomes: a. None at this time.</p><p>4. S/R/C-related activities at the Annual Conference: </p><p> a. Hosted Southeast Region session. b. 22 participants were in attendance. c. Read letter from newly elected Southeast Region Director Dr. Terence Andrew Sullivan, about his plans for FY 2017 CRLA Southeast Region. d. Collected suggestions of sessions to be held during upcoming 2017 CRLA Southeast Symposium. </p><p>5. Your last S/R/C newsletter or communication was sent to members on _January 2017._ S/R/C Goals and Activity Report</p><p>Your next S/R/C newsletter or communication to be sent to members on _August 2017. </p><p>6. Describe your major goal(s) for the next six months: </p><p> a. Steps are now being taken to retrieve funds in the amount of $2,702.49 from Valdosta State University and to deposit into a SECRLA (Southeast Region CRLA) bank account.</p><p> b. The chapter is now in the process of looking for a new Southeast Director. Dr. Ethel Berksteiner will continue to serve in this capacity until a new Director is found.</p><p>7. What services and activities you are considering to help meet the goal(s): a. Provide members with information and materials on changes in SECRLA. b. Send out a newsletter in August 2017.</p><p>8.
