<p> WWW.UKWEDDINGSAVINGS.CO.UK YOUR ESSENTIAL WEDDING CHECKLIST</p><p>Cover all the elements with our quick check list!</p><p>Just Print Out and tick off at each stage</p><p>§ 12 Months</p><p> Set a wedding date.   Compile a guest list.   Agree your budget.   Start trying on wedding dresses.   Choose your bridesmaids, best man, pageboys and ushers. </p><p>11 Months</p><p> Book the ceremony and reception venue.   Book a photographer or videographer.   Book registrar and wedding licence (if not a church wedding).   Order your wedding cake.   Book and confirm food and drink with the caterers. </p><p>10 Months</p><p> Choose your wedding dress.   Discuss hair and make up for both you and the bridesmaids.   Book the florist and organise flowers for the ceremony and reception.   Choose your bridesmaids' dresses and the men’s suits. </p><p>9 Months</p><p> Organise a wedding gift list.   Choose the wedding rings.   Book transport to and from the venue.   Discuss honeymoon and dates.   Find make-up artist and hairdresser. </p><p>1 8 Months</p><p> Confirm arrangements for ceremony including readings and music.   For a Church Wedding talk to the minister about the arrangements.   For a Civil Ceremony decide if you want music for the ceremony.   Discuss the form of service and choose your readings.   Reserve accommodation for guests. </p><p>7 Months</p><p> Order wedding invitations and envelopes plus other stationery.   Order your order-of-service sheets for the ceremony. </p><p>6 Months</p><p> Make sure outfits are organised for the groom, best man and ushers.   Choose wedding jewellery accessories for you and your bridesmaids.   Choose gifts for your bridesmaids, best man and parents.   Send out invitations. </p><p>5 Months</p><p> Book your first night in hotel.   Choose your first dance song.   Think about table decorations and seating plans. </p><p>4 Months</p><p> Make a list of acceptances and refusals.   Let the caterers know of the final number of guests and menu.   Have a hair and make-up trial for you and your bridesmaids.   Buy wedding lingerie. </p><p>3 Months</p><p> As wedding presents arrive, send out thank you notes.   Work out final seating plan.   Finalise and book your honeymoon.   Start to plan your hen and stag parties. </p><p>1 2 Months</p><p> Make sure that your rings, speeches and suits are organised.   Have a final hair/make-up dress rehearsal for you and the bridesmaids.   Check dresses and try on the whole outfit. </p><p>1 Month</p><p> Hold a ceremony rehearsal.   Send your honeymoon luggage to the reception or first-night hotel.   Make sure your outfit is complete and comfortable.   Finalise speeches, best man and usher duties.   Finalise all details with photographer, venue, caterers and transport. </p><p>YOUR SPECIAL DAY</p><p> Most Importantly, Just Relax and Enjoy Yourself.</p><p>Additional Notes:</p><p>1</p>
