<p> Crispy French “ Fries”</p><p>1 pound Idaho potatoes, unpeeled 2 teaspoons salt Vegetable cooking spray</p><p>Cut potatoes into “fries” 3-4 inches long and a scant 1/2 inch wide . Sprinkle lightly with 2 teaspoons salt and let stand 10 minutes. Rinse potatoes in cold water and dry well on paper toweling.</p><p>Spray non-stick jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in single layer on pan; spray generously with cooking spray, tossing to coat all sides. </p><p>Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are golden brown and crisp, 40 to 45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.</p><p>Note: potatoes can be held in a 200 degree oven for up to one hour. </p><p>Steak fries- Cut potatoes into wedges 4 inches long and 1 inch wide.
