<p>Penfield Football Booster Club</p><p>Meeting Minutes for January 8, 2015</p><p>7:10 p.m. Penfield High School</p><p>Attendees: Greg Geesler, Melissa Schwab, Alison Guage, Stephanie Moore, DonnaJo Clarke, Alicia Lugo</p><p>Casino Night Update:</p><p>Donations: Coach Geesler sent out donation requests to many of last year’s sponsors. So far we have received donations from the Bills, the Jets, Batavia Waterpark, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Woodcliff.</p><p>Alison will contact the Table Sponsors, Menchies, Sears; Alicia will contact the businesses who have been sent a donation request, Cooleys, Starbucks; and Melissa Schwab will contact some of the donors also. </p><p>Coach will send out a blast to all the athlete’s parent’s email. </p><p>Alicia will send out an email to the parents on the dl with the date, time, and link to purchase casino night tickets. Alicia will contact the schools for sending out an email blast, [email protected].</p><p>There are 17 jerseys on the list to purchase for casino night, and Alison will order those.</p><p>Wish list- Coach will hold off purchasing the jugs machine until after casino night is over to make sure we make enough money. We already have expenses that are coming up before the wish list purchases.</p><p>Football Informational Meeting-There were 54 players that came to the meeting. This number does not include the up and coming 8th graders. Next week there will be a meeting for 8th and 9th graders.</p><p>Treasurers Report-Staff Membership for NYS Coaches Assoc.-needed to be signed and mailed out. Memberships include the NYS football coaches’ clinic.</p><p>Misc.-There is a new yahoo account for the FB booster club with the DL set up into 6 different contact lists. It is ready to go for the board’s use.</p><p>Coach went over the new camp schedule. No HSPD since the kids are younger this year and he wants to keep everyone in town. Doubles start on August 17th. </p><p>Meeting Minutes 12/14-Alison Motioned, Geesler 2nd, and all approved. Stephanie will post them on the website.</p><p>Ended at 8:10 pm</p>
