PO Box 46 Monticello, Georgia 31064 706-468-6303 Fax: 706-468-2205 Email: [email protected]</p><p>James William Holland, age 90, of Lithonia, died Sunday, January 23, 2011, at Grace Healthcare of Tucker in Tucker, Georgia.</p><p>James Holland was born in Potts Camp, Mississippi to the late James Arthur Holland and Clara Sorrells Holland. He lived most of his life in the DeKalb County area. He loved to work with his hands, building and repairing equipment. Before he retired, he was a self- employed house framer. Wife, Vennie Francis Rudasill Holland, preceded him in death. Also, daughters, Joyce Annette Holland and Patricia Downs; granddaughter, Shirley Brown; great granddaughter, Christie Brown, and all brothers and sisters preceded him in death.</p><p>He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Sandra and Rayford Wilkins of Monticello, Lynn Dunaway of Flowery Branch, and Patty Holland of Gwinnett County; son, James Holland of Athens; and grandchildren, Kathy Wilkins, Emme Dunaway, Cain Dunaway, Emily Johnson, and Tommy Holland.</p><p>A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at 1:00 P.M. at the Hillandale Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Lithonia. Dr. Robert Whitmire will officiate.</p><p>The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at Jordan Funeral Home. </p><p>Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
